Pro Travel Network’s Referring Travel Associate program is the premier travel referral program in the Industry. This program is designed for those who desire to earn money on the booking of travel, by simply referring clients to Pro Travel Network. Professional and experienced Staff Agents will handle all communication, research, booking, accounting, and ticketing, while the RTA earns a full 50% of the received commission on completed bookings. This is truly a one of a kind program allowing the RTA to focus on simply getting as many qualified leads as possible into his database of potential clients. Every new RTA will gain immediate access to Pro Travel Network’s Client Relations Management (CRM) System, allowing them to promote various travel related activities and specials to leads they have entered in the system. Each RTA will have full access to the CRM Dashboard, Profiles, Email system, and Reporting sections. As an RTA’s prospective clients begin to express interest in booking a trip, a simple request is sent and an experienced agent will then take over and facilitate the booking process from start to finish.

While travel training is continuous and always available, every new ITA has an initial 90-day intensive mentorship period to help them learn all the basics, and get booking and earning quickly. The goal of this program is to help you earn $5,000 or more in travel commissions within your first 90 days, signifying to the Industry that not only have you learned “how to book”, but you have the checks to prove it. Before any bookings can be made, the following training requirements must be completed*. These include ten (10) Video Tutorial trainings and 2 online Supplier Trainings. These courses are simple, quick, “open-book” and have no time limits. However the faster you complete them, the faster you can begin working towards the goal of earning $5,000 in the next 90 days.

Special Rules and Guidelines

Only retail bookings made will count toward IATAN program qualification. Bookings made from your B2C website will not count. Mentor made 50/50 bookings will not count towards IATAN attainment. IATAN status may be obtained at any time.

Cash bonuses and VIP Event benefit are based on achievement of $5,000 in personal earnings within 90 day promotional period. Transportation to/from events is responsibility of agent – PTN will cover all registration, accommodations, training fees, taxes. Commissions from personal/same household bookings cannot be more than 15% of total amount for qualification. All bookings must be properly entered into the CRM, with all required documentation.

*Any bookings needing to be made prior to completion of the ITA training requirements will be made by the “mentor” under the RTA 50/50 split guidelines.
